About
Quinn Basta is a senior at the University of Illinois Chicago and a dedicated student leader with a strong commitment to advocacy and service. He has served two terms as a Student Trustee, representing student interests at the highest levels of university governance, and previously served as President of the Portfolio Management Team and President of the Business Student Advisory Board. Through these roles, Quinn has worked to expand student opportunities, strengthen campus organizations, and amplify student voices across UIC.
Quinn is a proud Chicagoan who chose to attend UIC, following in the footsteps of family members who previously matriculated there and continuing a meaningful personal connection to the university. His deep involvement at UIC has shaped his education, teaching him invaluable lessons in service and leadership, managing organizations and people, and advocating effectively for student needs. After graduation, he will be working as a financial analyst at Blue Ops, and in the long term, he hopes to build and grow his own businesses.
