Early Voting at UIC
March 2018 Primary
The University of Illinois at Chicago offered early voting for the March 2018 primary election from March 14-16, 2018. Held in Student Center East, Chicago residents could vote early for the gubernatorial candidates and the many other federal, state, and district offices on this year's ballot. The campus location offers a convenient option for students, and can support a larger turnout of young voters. UIC Professor Dick Simpson said, "...the youth vote... can easily be the deciding factor in a number of tight races in Illinois."
